QBERX ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website (qberx.com) and the QRegu platform (qregu.com). This Privacy Policy covers both.

They are very different systems, so each section below says which one it applies to. This website is a static site: it has no database, no accounts and no server-side code, and the only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form. QRegu is an authenticated product with its own storage.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

On this website, the only personal data we receive is what you enter in the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • The project scope you describe, and which engagement model you select

On the QRegu platform, we additionally process the information needed to run an account:

  • Name, email address, company name and job title
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Billing information for paid subscriptions

1.2 Usage Data

This website runs no analytics. We do not collect your IP address, the pages you visit, how long you stay, your device or the site that referred you. There is no tracking script of any kind on these pages.

Our hosting provider processes standard request logs in order to deliver the site (see Section 3). We do not have access to them.

On the QRegu platform, once you are signed in we record the usage data needed to operate and secure the product:

  • IP address and browser type
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Device information

1.3 Cookies and Local Storage

This website sets no cookies. It stores three preferences in your browser's local storage. These stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and are not used to identify or track you:

  • qberx-lang — the language you chose (EN or TR)
  • qberx-announce — whether you dismissed the announcement bar
  • qberx-marquee — whether you paused the client carousel

You can clear them at any time through your browser settings. The QRegu platform uses a session cookie to keep you signed in; that is described in the product's own terms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

  • Providing and maintaining our services
  • Processing transactions and sending related information
  • Sending promotional communications (with your consent)
  • Responding to inquiries and support requests
  • Improving our services and developing new features
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or abuse

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. These are the specific processors involved in running this website:

  • Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States) — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. It receives everything you enter in the form: your name, work email, company and the scope you describe. See Formspree's privacy policy.
  • GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft company, United States) — hosts and serves these pages. It processes your IP address and request headers in order to deliver them.

We may also disclose data:

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

4. Data Security

This website stores no personal data at all. It is served as static files over HTTPS; there is no database and no server-side code behind it. Anything you send through the contact form is held by Formspree (Section 3) and by our email provider, not by this site.

The measures below apply to the QRegu platform, where your data is actually stored:

  • Data encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Regular security assessments and audits
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Application and database hosted in European Union data centres

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & KVKK)

Under GDPR and Turkish KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
  • Objection: Object to processing of your data
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time

7. International Transfers

Both processors named in Section 3 are established in the United States. This means that loading this website, and submitting the contact form, involve a transfer of personal data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area.

We are responsible for ensuring an appropriate safeguard is in place for each of these transfers. To ask which mechanism we rely on for a given processor, write to info@qberx.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.

4. Veri Güvenliği

7. Uluslararası Transferler

Bölüm 3'te adı geçen her iki işleyici de Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde yerleşiktir. Bu, hem bu web sitesini açmanın hem de iletişim formunu göndermenin, kişisel verilerin Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışına aktarılması anlamına geldiğini gösterir.
